Group Training

Group Personal Training is a unique way for people to benefit from the quality of service from a Personal Trainer. The group can consist of two to four participants and may be made up of a group of friends, work colleagues or even people with similar training goals or interests.

Correct technique is essential if you are going to get the results you want. If you are at home performing an exercise without the correct technique you will find it takes longer to see results.

During your group personal training session your personal trainer will ensure you are not only performing the exercises correctly but that you are also challenging your body to workout in a way that will help you get the results you are after – whether that is to lose weight or just tone up.
